Food Safety Curriculum has been completed and is available through the Farmer’s Market Federation of New York. There are factsheets available for farmers, market managers and educators to utilize to ensure food safety from farm to market.
Also, from Iowa State University’s Leopold Center has developed a Manual for Growers to help local cooperatives improve their food safety handling practices.
Both are good resources to have in your reference library.
